Heritage Kava, was established in 2020. An iTaukei-owned kava export business based in Lovoni Village, Ovalau. Founded by Sowani Saunitoga, a third-generation kava farmer, the business was created to bridge the market gap for Kava farmers in the rural areas of the Lomaiviti Province. Since 2023, Heritage Kava has expanded its reach through e-commerce, selling directly to customers via the Amazon US platform.
Heritage Kava sets itself apart using an innovative carton style design enhancing shelf appeal. The business also champions sustainability through the use of a 100% solar powered processing facility, aligning our operations with global environmental standards. This allows them to produce an eco-friendly Kava product range:-
