Healthy Eating is a Suva-based consultancy business promoting healthy nutrition and non-communicable disease prevention.

Its founder, Vittoria Pasca, is nutritionist, Lifestyle Medicine professional and award-winning book author specialized in plant-based and sports dietetics. She’s originally from Rome, Italy, but has been living in Suva since 2017.

Her first book Pacific Vegan, Healthy and Creative Cooking with Pacific Plants won the 2022 Best in the World Gourmand Awards in the South Pacific category. She’s also the author of Healthy Eating with Pacific Plants! Your guide to nutritious, balanced & delicious meal planning with tropical ingredients (2022).

She is the co-founder and lead organiser of  Fiji, a festival promoting plant-based diets and the consumption of local fruits and vegetables.
