Fijian Excellence Showcased in Sydney | Fiji Trade Show

Sydney played host to the Fiji Trade Show at The Spice Plantation, Alexandria, a proudly Fijian-owned venue that set an authentic cultural backdrop for an evening celebrating Fijian enterprise and strengthening trade ties between Fiji and Australia.
The event welcomed business leaders, government representatives, diplomats and industry stakeholders, offering guests an immersive experience of Fiji through Fijian cuisine, beverages and live acoustic performances by a Fijian artist reinforcing the cultural depth behind Fiji’s export story.
In his opening remarks, His Excellency Ajay Bhai Amrit, Fiji’s High Commissioner to Australia, underscored the importance of sustained trade engagement and relationship-building, highlighting the value of presenting Fijian capability directly to Australian markets through consistent and well-targeted trade promotion.
The evening provided a strong platform to showcase Fijian brands and products to the Sydney market, while facilitating meaningful networking and the generation of new trade leads across business, investment and commercial partnerships.
Exhibitors on the night included well recognised and emerging brands such as Bula Premium Kava, Fiji Sea Salt, Fiji Fire Hot Sauce, Sydney Kava, Juice Fiji, ONA Coffee, and more. Supported by Lotus Foreign Exchange, the Sydney Trade Show reinforced the depth of Fiji’s export potential and the continued momentum behind Fiji–Australia economic collaboration.
